If you’re new to fitness or coming back after a break, you’re in the right place.
Yes. Most of our members start after a long break from exercise. We begin with a movement assessment, then scale every workout to your current level. You’ll have clear options for every movement and our coaches will help you modify as needed.
You’ll arrive 10–15 minutes early to meet your coach and tour the studio. We’ll walk you through a short warm-up, a beginner-friendly workout, and a cool-down. Expect a supportive, encouraging atmosphere with plenty of breaks and coaching along the way.
Comfortable athletic clothes, clean sneakers, a water bottle and a small towel if you’d like. We have filtered water and restrooms on site. You don’t need to bring any equipment.
Yes. You can pay in full or split your program into weekly or bi-weekly payments at no additional cost. We’ll walk you through options during your consultation.
In most cases, yes. Many of our members have old knee, back or shoulder issues. We’ll ask about your history on the intake form and during your assessment, then tailor movements to keep you safe. If we ever feel your needs are outside our scope, we’ll happily refer you to a trusted medical professional.
