You want to build strength and muscle, but prefer to do it in a safe, guided environment.
You’re not confident using gym equipment and want proper instruction from the start.
You want support that’s personalised, not a one-size-fits-all class.

You’re ready to start, but want a structured program with accountability and supervision.
This is not a generic gym class or a one-size-fits-all fitness plan. It’s a structured 28-day strength introduction designed for adults 50–70, combining personalised assessment, guided coaching, and small-group supervision so you can train safely and confidently.
Initial 1-on-1 phone call intake to understand your goals, health history, and current fitness level
1-on-1 physical assessment and movement screen to ensure safe, personalised training
Tailored daily exercise recommendations for home or gym use
1-month full gym membership included for flexible, regular training access
2 supervised strength classes per week (small group, focused on safe progression)
Weekly email and YouTube content covering key topics like exercise technique, muscle soreness, pain vs discomfort, and how training supports real-life movement
Ongoing feedback-driven content so sessions and education are tailored to participant needs throughout the program
By the end of the program, you’ll feel confident using the equipment, understand the key exercises, and have a solid foundation to continue training safely.
From there, you can continue as a gym member and progress into ongoing classes suited to your level.
How your training progresses

Awesome gym, old school esk, friendly staff. Best place I've been to in Melbourne. I'm just a blow on casual, well worth the 15$ for Temp entry

I have been here longer than Bruce Gray the owner .I first walked into the world gym in april 1977. I was truly inspired by other members there, who were very helpful and ready with helpful tips. Body World Gym is and has always felt like a relaxed friendly atmosphere. For me, there is no other gym of it's equal.
